How we can help

Listening to learn

The Seanchaí Collective believe that services are improved when people's stories are afforded space and professionals are supported to implement learning from lived experience insights. Our aim is to challenge public decision makers to explore safe and inclusive practices all through the transformative nature of real life stories. With expertise in participation and co-production using our lived experience we offer unique training opportunities.

Participation training

We offer bespoke participation training workshops, our Director Bez Martin is the founder of the Lundy Model Network, a collective of individuals dedicated to sharing good practice on meaningful child participation. Enhance your practice by actively promoting Article 12 of the UNCRC, emphasising the significance of young people’s rights and how they are engaged in decision making.

Participation through interactive learning experiences and gaining lived experience insights will enable you to foster more inclusive work practices. Training can include:

- Lundy Model of Participation

- Introduction to children's rights

- Youth and parent voice and engagement

- Pupil voice

- Outcome measures of participation

- Overcoming barriers to participation

- Managing your participation activity

- Harnessing the lived experience of your workforce
