Our team are all daughters of Margaret Keane, alongside their brothers Michael and Vincent they led the campaign Message To Margaret.
With her background in youth participation and advocacy, Bez is a JNC qualified youth worker who brings skills and expertise in community engagement, youth work, participation, children's rights and community organising. Bez has worked in both the voluntary and statutory sectors, recently moving into the charity sector. Bez's work has seen her lead national practice and she has spoken about rights-based participation practice both nationally and internationally.
Bez's work has received the following awards:

British Youth Council, Youth Voice Star Award, Award for Innovation.
National Leaving Care Benchmarking Forum Best Project 2020 for 'Quaran-teens'.

Caroline has worked previously in banking and worked in administration for nearly 25 years, most recently working for the last 8 years in the medical and charity sector. Caroline brings skills and expertise in project management, public relations, marketing and fundraising.
Colette has worked within the banking and logistics sector for most of her career, Colette brings expertise in customer relations, finance and managing complex partnerships. Colette has recently returned from a number of years in Seattle, there she supported various community projects and food bank programmes.
Colette is a previous recipient of an Irish Post Award,
Donna has worked in the public sector for most of her career, working in administration for both health and education. Donna brings skills in finance systems, risk management and due diligence processes.
